The VISN 21 Orthopedic Clinic Resource Hub Orthopedic Physician provides virtual care options for Veterans throughout VISN 21 and serves to overcome key health care access obstacles including: geographic distance from a VA facility; financial costs associated with travel; lack of access to transportation; mobility difficulties; limited caregiver support. Patients will be triaged through a Clinical Contact Center (CCC) based in San Francisco.
