Overview M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center is comprised of two hospitals and dozens of adult specialty clinics on both the East and West banks of the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis. This location offers the widest range of hospital and clinical services provided through University of Minnesota Health. Complete services range from primary care, emergency care and the delivery of thousands of babies each year, to care of patients with the most complex conditions. Areas of specialization include solid organ and blood and marrow transplantation, heart disease and cancer. This position will be working 80 hours every two weeks on evening shift (3pm-11:30pm), 8 hour shifts and every third weekend. The position is eligible for benefits. The Medication Scribe is responsible for gathering and documenting patient medication information into the electronic health records system, as well as assisting with related administrative tasks to increase efficiency and productivity of care team and satisfaction of patients.
