Carolina Nephrology is a highly successful and established group practice looking to recruit a new CEO. The group has had 2 CEO’s in the past 25 years and this new person will replace the current CEO who recently resigned to take another position. Carolina Nephrology is the regional leader in renal care. As a member of Carolina Kidney Partners, a value based renal care system, we are at the forefront of redesigning the delivery of renal care in the State of South Carolina. We partner with our dialysis providers to provide the continuum of care to our patients with our focus being on delivering the highest quality care efficiently with a focus on lowering the total cost of care to our patients.
We are located in the beautiful city of Greenville, SC and our practice services the greater Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson area. This area has a population of nearly 1.4 million. Greenville is located close to the major cities of Atlanta, GA (145 miles) and Charlotte, NC (100 miles). Greenville is in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains that provide year round recreation opportunities. The climate of Greenville is comfortable all year with the coldest month being January with an average high temperature of 53 degrees. Greenville is also home to the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and also has a satellite campus of Clemson University. Greenville has one of the lowest cost of living of major metropolitan areas in the United States.
An exceptional individual who can replace the current CEO who resigned after 7 years. The previous CEO served for over 20 years. An innovative and seasoned healthcare executive who can work collaboratively with physician leadership and the senior executive team in both a big-picture capacity and in a hands-on manner. Must bring a well-honed ability to build and lead teams of high performers and develop productive working relationships with physicians, other senior executives and their teams, as well as hospital executives, dialysis partners and community leaders. A consensus builder with a fact-based, data driven mindset, who can champion positive changes in an environment of continuous improvement. An MBA or MHA with CMPE or FACMPE would be ideal, but skilled and experienced BS/BA candidates also are encouraged to apply.
