Provides oversight of the Hospital Administration Office and subordinate staff, providing executive support to the President/Chief Executive Officer. Provides additional support to the Chief Operating Officer and other Administrative Team members as needed. Broad knowledge of hospital operations, technical/computer skills, and medical terminology is required. Must be self-motivated independent in prioritization of projects, with demonstrated follow-up and persistent follow-through. Requires strong positive interpersonal skills and great tact and patience in dealing within high stress/great change environments. Assist Hospital Administration in achieving the operational and fiscal goals established for the hospital, including Governing Board, Medical Staff and Corporate relations.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
Knowledge of office equipment including computers and computer software.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree in a health care related field.
