JHACH is a 259-bed teaching hospital, ranked as a U.S. News & World Report Best Children’s Hospital in eight pediatric specialties (2021-2022) including Neonatology. Brandon Regional Hospital is now HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. This 436-bed acute care facility offers a wide range of specialty services, including a 24/7 emergency rooms for adults and children, Heart and Vascular Center, Bariatric Center, Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). It is also home to The Women's Center and The Baby Suites, offering complete care for the whole family. It recently completed a $16.5 million expansion of the NICU and Labor and delivery.
The 36 bed, Level III NICU is staffed 24/7 by ACSP neonatologists, advanced practice providers, and neonatal nurses.

In-house breastfeeding and nutritional support

Ventilatory support including HFOV and iNO
Whole body cooling therapy
