Overview Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Full Time Surgical Scheduler to join the Orthopedics department in Morristown, NJ. Monday through Friday hours. Responsibilities Essential Functions:Schedule procedures consistent with the patient's diagnosis and procedure requestRespond to both written and oral correspondence regarding scheduling changes/cancellations in a timely, accurate mannerVerify and enter (if changed) all demographic and insurance information for follow up patientsIdentify procedures that require pre-certification (i. e.
