Carle Health is seeking an experiencedAdvanced Practice Provider to join the Carle Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Team in Champaign-Urbana, IL.
Practice opportunity details include:
Join a collegial Orthopaedic Division comprised of 3 fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction Surgeons, 4 fellowship-trained Hand Surgeons, 3 fellowship-trained Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Surgeons, 2 fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeons, a general Orthopaedic Surgeon, and 5 surgical and office-based Podiatrists
Current practice includes a single-site office-based practice, assisting in the operating room, and inpatient rounding at one hospital
Additional rotational opportunity in a newly formed Injection Clinic within our facility.
Dedicated clinic time located at 52,000 sq. ft. Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Building
Limited on-call rotation
Monday-Friday 8:00a - 5:00p schedule
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
