Position Information:
WakeMed Physician Practices is a multi-specialty group with over 425 physicians in a variety of specialty areas. WakeMed is a leader in cardiac and vascular care, women's and children's services, emergency medicine and trauma care, physical rehabilitation, orthopaedics and neurosciences.

We are currently seeking physicians interested in joining our expanding gastroenterology group in Wake County to serve areas such as Cary, Raleigh and North Raleigh. Our well established group offers comprehensive services to the community we serve. Our team currently consists of 5 physicians and 6 advance practice providers.

The Gastroenterologists provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient consultative GI services. Responsibilities may include performing endoscopic and other gastroenterological procedures. Call is shared among the team. Training and experience with ERCP and EUS is a plus but not required. Must be currently Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Medical Specialty Board in Gastroenterology. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
