Position Highlights:
4-Day Work Week Potential (36 patient contact hours, combo of clinic and OR)
Walk into a robust Hand practice
Option for Soft-Tissue procedures in Clinic Procedure Room
Largest Primary Care base in the region
3 Sports Medicine (non-operative) Physicians in group
2 Hand Therapists
Integrated MSK Services located on same floor
Comprehensive Imaging in building – X-ray, CT, MRI
PAs to assist with pre-ops, post-ops, and more
Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support
EPIC EMR
Great Peer-to-Peer support

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Residency completed in Orthopedics
Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
BC/BE SPECIALTY
Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred
Fellowship training in Hand Surgery

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $533,440.00 to $802,700.00. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
