Position Details

• Join a well-established, supportive team of physicians and advanced providers
• 100% inpatient
• Collaborate with other attending physicians and consultants
• Perform and supervise the performance of patient care services to include:  history and physical examination, diagnosis, daily patient evaluation, daily progress notes, discharge evaluation, discharge summaries, and medically manage and treat adolescent and adult patients
• Medical co-management with multiple surgical services 

Qualifications

• Residency training in Internal Medicine 
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Announced in 2022, the IU Health Saxony Hospital will undergo a $300 million investment to grow the campus square footage by 50%. Fifty inpatient beds will be added (including a labor and delivery unit), as well as an expansion of primary and specialty care services. The campus will be renamed as IU Health Fishers and enable the facility to be the community hospital of choice in the Indianapolis northeast suburbs.
