Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab hospital
OverviewThe Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services by evaluating patients, establishing and implementing effective treatment plans with functional treatment goals, providing patient education and exercise/activity programs, constructing appropriate orthotic devices and educating in use of adaptive equipment. Position is responsible for observing, evaluating and documenting the results of treatment interventions and modifying age-appropriate treatment plan accordingly. The primary setting for this position is the 73 bed Rehab Hospital on the Raleigh campus and may be required to cover other areas of the WakeMed Rehab continuum as needed.
