Guthrie is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

Highlights of the Position

• A full-time, fast-paced position that includes clinical outpatient assessments, initial and follow-up assessments
• Inpatient rounding and OR responsibilities at Corning Hospital
• Implementing treatment plans at the direction of orthopedic surgeon
• Providing patient education and counseling
• First call shared amongst all APPs in the practice
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Salary starting at $115,000

About the Facility

Guthrie Corning Hospital, located in Corning, N.Y., opened a new 65-bed hospital and regional cancer center in 2014. The new facility provides the region with emergency, ICU, labor and delivery, surgical, inpatient and outpatient services, including wound care, cardiology, medical imaging, and cancer care services.
