Facility Details:
SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital care delivery model consists of 11 Anesthesiologists and 11 CRNAs and CAAs. The team provides passionate care to our patients at both SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital and Fond du Lac Surgery Center (outpatient). SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital has 7 operating rooms, 1 cardiovascular operating room, and a hybrid cath lab, while the Fond du Lac Surgery Center has 4 operating rooms. Fond du Lac Surgery Center is conveniently located approximately two miles from SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital, and offers services including plastic and cosmetic surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and podiatry.
