The role you’ll contribute:
Under the direction of the Director of Patient Access, is responsible for day to day monitoring of work flow in a specific area of patient registration. Acts as a resource to the staff for operational issues and to any other customer who needs assistance. Complete Daily change request, balances cash, goes to the bank, take care of the switchboard keeping patients/customers connected to the correct patient or department.

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED upon hire
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Internet skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with the public.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays etc.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to change.
- Knowledge of the switchboard.
